we have situation where one Org raises requisition for material and the other Org Transfers by the way Inter Org transfer.. we are not looking at ISO because we have Fright calculation involving in the transfer..
Please Look Into this matter and provide Necessary solution

If you wan to have some charges in INTER ORG the enable for it in shipping network
and enter the value during inter org transfer
but i m not sure why u want to create a requisition if u dont want to do IR ISO
IR ISO provides a lot of option for calculating fright and other charges
